We are thrilled to introduce the Espanaro Military Transition Scheme (EMTS), our latest initiative aimed at facilitating a seamless transition into civilian life for esteemed armed forces personnel who have enthusiasm, drive, and ambition to succeed in our industry.

Stage 1: Sign Off (or before) 

Veterans have faced uncertainty when transitioning to civilian careers. With EMTS, we're changing that narrative. From the moment you sign off, we're here to guide you. No more waiting until resettlement to start your job hunt - seize the opportunity. On Initiation into the scheme sign a non-binding contract with us, signalling your commitment to the company and your personal growth.

Stage 2: Resettlement Leave

During your notice period and resettlement leave, immerse yourself in our company culture. Engage with our team, participate in projects, and harness your skills. With autonomy to utilise your leave throughout your notice period, you'll have the flexibility to shape your transition according to your needs. We'll support you every step of the way, offering full-time work attachments if needed.

Stage 3: Termination

As you bid farewell to your unit, you step into a new chapter with Espanaro. Your journey towards a secure job culminates here. With a guaranteed contract start date, continued support, and a sense of belonging, your transition is smoother than ever.

Stage 4: Secured Job

At Espanaro, we value enthusiasm and commitment. If you're willing to put in the work, we offer you a secure job either at sign-off or before. Through mentorship, in-house development programs, and assistance with courses, we empower you to succeed in your new career.

Activities in the scheme include:

- Initial engagement and career planning

- Personal development plan creation

- Mentorship with an Espanaro team member

- Skill development through courses and projects

- Integration into our team culture
